Operations
From the Operations team, we work in close collaboration with other areas of the company.
In this way, we ensure that B2 Impact operates efficiently and meets our clients' expectations.
Our responsibilities include:
- Planning.
- Quality control.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Capacity management: call volume, performance metrics, optimizing operational efficiency, etc.
Our Operation structure is divided into the following business lines:
- 360 Credit Management.
- NPL Debt Purchase.
- Process Center.
- Deceased Debt.
